Systems and Infrastructure

  • Built Carbon Yield’s project management infrastructure in Notion and SharePoint: standardized work plans, decision logs, and onboarding across concurrent programs.

  • Decisions and work plans now run on a documented process rather than founder memory.

Hiring

  • Ran full-cycle hiring for interns, fellows, analysts, and a director of operations search under a federal grant.

  • Built scorecards, interview question banks, and structured stage gates.

  • Manage delivery on a corporate grassland conservation partnership: biweekly partner reporting and coordination across four partner organizations.

  • Own organizational communications end-to-end, including the website, newsletter, CRM, and LinkedIn.

  • Led a full site redesign from concept through launch.

  • Relaunched site, active newsletter, and a working CRM where there had been no channel strategy.
